It's time to be kids again - the Fairmont SF has built a 22 feet high and 23 feet wide gingerbread house, iced and candied and ready to host curious guests. The hotel is running a daily tea ceremony around its huge sweet creation, with delicious sandwiches and entertainment. Christmas is probably the only time you can do this without feeling silly, so go for it.
