The family-run chain opened its first location in Queens nine years ago and the business has expanded since then – now the city has some five spots where hipsters love to get their homemade Chinese noodles. The Xi'an St.Marks interiors are really plain, but they always put hip-hop classics on – the owner Jason Wang is a fan. The food is great. All of it.
