Actually, this is the oldest appetizing store in Lower East Side and has always been a must-stop for curious tourists. The cafe opened last year and offers great breakfasts and brunches – bagels with smoked fish or French toast in a typical deli environment – white walls and gray tables. Contrasted to the shop, you don't feel like part of a guided tour with old Germans visiting the City.
