The noodle place has been here for a year but is already a big splash due to its perfect ramen – fast, cheap and yummy. Their hit is rye noodles with dashi pork broth, spicy red chili ramen and whole wheat noodle with bacon. Chef Ivan Orkin is American but opened his first place in Japan, so he knows how to mix East and West.
