A great Mexican place, despite its touristy location. Can be a good choice for a romantic date or a pre-party. Friendly staff will treat you to yummy burrito and taco, and while the vibe is really clubby the place is not loud. Weekends are time for DJ sets – usually lounge and latina mix.
In my view, they have the best Margaritas selection in Manhattan, my fave is Frozen Mango Mama-size. The venue and the neighborhood are popular with LGBT so don't feel like an uninvited guest at a private party – a smiling host (yes, he's gay) welcomes everyone.
