The first location of this legendary restaurant takes the former smokefactory – it shut down in the middle of the last century. Its owners Fergus and Trevor met in 1993 and opened a place in a year – it had nice interiors and ovens to bake their own bread. Since then, their restaurant became the symbol of top quality. They take meat from the nearby Smithfield Market and offer a different menu for lunch and dinner. If you are not hungry take something away – they have perfect bread and pastry.
