At the foot of the steps of St. Brides Church in Fleet Street, resides one of London's very own gin distilleries. Not only does the distillery have a bar in which you can sample its work, but there are also opportunities to go on gin tours, classes and tastings. The bar is styled as a speak-easy cocktail bar that overlooks the two copper stills, a perfect sight when drinking the spirit made within them.
