Passing the Suleymaniye Mosque find this restaurant – it has perfect kuru fasülye – beans in tomato sauce with red pepper, garlic and spices – a traditional meal which Turks treat really serious. They even have books about cooking the right kuru. Kanaat is acknowledged to have the ideal one – it's yummy and nutritious – just add some rice and a plate of yoghurt and you'll need no dinner.
