Ksenia Mardina
Nostalgia is its middle name – gilded staircase, red worn out carpets and faded velvet bed backs. Some 130 years ago it was a grand hotel the same as Pera Palace located nearby (though still not that fancy) and hasn't seen any renovation since then. Now it's dusty the same as its crystal chandeliers. Staying there is fun – like in a movie where all staff is actors. TV sets in the rooms come from the 1970s but who needs TV living in an Agatha Christie detective story. Starting price is 60 euros.
