Esaias features really convenient location – this seemingly unremarkable café is situated in Drottninggatan, the most shop-covered pedestrian street in Stockholm. Mouthwatering menu, described by its owners as ‘organic, local and homemade’, and certainly the greatest coffee. You can choose from classics, brygg (boiled), and chemex (filtered). The latter is for those who like explore new tastes. Chemex is a hourglass-shaped coffeemaker. The variety of coffee changes from time to time. Etiopien – light coffee from sunny Ethiopia – is one of my favorites. So, make yourself comfortable by the bar counter, have a cup of aromatic coffee, and watch the hurrying shopaholics.
