A large and relatively clean beach within the city, Playa Bogatell is a good alternative to Barceloneta, without hungover Englishmen, massage offers and fake 'Mojita' sellers. This place is loved by the locals who come here for a couple of hours to sunbathe. It boasts a beach bar, some sunbeds and a nice crowd of people, also the water is rather clean. Moreover, you can play table tennis and beach volleyball here.
