In the Old yard of the local home department store there is a trailer from the 80s, where according to the locals the best burgers in the city are made. The owners of the burger place – a family couple Anna and Igor Sheynfeld use only local and farm products, all parts of a burger-to-be make themselves and instead of cutlets put a whole piece of meat. In the menu the guys tried to show the identity of the city and its individual features – they offer black burgers (hi to cuttlefish) with steak, burger on steamed bun and with noodles instead of bread (with reference to near by China and Japan), and a fish option dish with local red salmon that is served on potato flapjacks.
