Forms of Silence and Emptiness or the Swan Lake by their premier duo and couple – Osipova and Vasiliev. Bright stained glass windows of Benoit business center draw everyone's attention but also trigger curiosity. Many know that's where Yandex lives but it is not the venue’s major attraction. Inside, the place is huge and if you walk the main alley you will see the tent of Upsala Circus Hooligans whose cast are young gymnasts, clowns, mimes and jugglers. This is a social project of Larisa Afanasyeva to help children from dysfunctional families. Their magical shows are fairy tales told by the kids. The entrance is free while the circus is supported by donations.

Kazanskaya, 7 is where adventures live. Here you will find Radio Baby bar – reincarnation of the famous Achtung baby at Konyshennaya Square, Black Box Theatre, rehearsal spots of musicians and Kannon Dance school (the latter two are members-only, while the theater and the bar welcome anyone). Black Box is literally a black box that can seat 60 people and hosts kinetic theater shows, movies, workshops and presentations.

This theater has no permanent cast so a new team is working on every show. The place was founded in the late 1970s, but became enterprise only in the late 1990s and is one of the few contemporary avant-garde theaters in the city with an awesome repertoire. Go to see a love story with musical concerts Intrigue and Love staged by trendy director Vassily Barkhatov or pop art version of King Lear by the rebel Konstantin Bogomolov.
