This historic place offers the best view of Saint Isaac's Square and boasts beautiful marble floors and super delicate staff. Everything is somewhat patina-covered and that's its charm and a good option to showcase your vintage outfit and manners. At 3 pm Rotonda served tea in the hall – sandwiches, tartlets, fruits, cakes and chocolate fountain. The tea is served in traditional porcelain cups with the iconic cobalt net pattern (by the Imperial Porcelain Factory) and everybody drinks in silence. Guests are all high society or businessmen, you have seen their names on social pages. Beware of a chocolate coma as the buffet is eat all you can. You also can take a glass of champagne or buy a customized cake to give to someone's anniversary.
