This historic place offers the best view of Saint Isaac's Square and boasts beautiful marble floors and super delicate staff. Everything is somewhat patina-covered and that's its charm and a good option to showcase your vintage outfit and manners. At 3 pm Rotonda served tea in the hall – sandwiches, tartlets, fruits, cakes and chocolate fountain. The tea is served in traditional porcelain cups with the iconic cobalt net pattern (by the Imperial Porcelain Factory) and everybody drinks in silence.
