One more Ginza Project, this time focused on the Georgian cuisine (including traditional and that of the people of Guria and Mingrelia): they offer the classics – basturma cured beef, satsivi walnut sauce, dolma stuffed rolls, аs well as exotic stuff – kuchmachi dish of chicken livers, hearts and gizzards with walnuts and pomegranate seeds, chkmeruli garlic fried chicken or chocolate zgapari.
