Last summer a couple of friends stumbled upon a small Italian cafe in Hamburg, where pasta was made seconds before it appeared on a plate. The impressed tourists came back home and decided to open a similar place. The concept is perfectly clear – pasta is prepared on special equipment right in front of the customers in just 5 minutes. The menu features classic Carbonara or Bolognese, salads, sandwiches, Italian desserts, refreshments and hot drinks, and of course, red and white wines. The prices are more than welcoming – the most expensive dishes cost 400 rubles.
