Locals love this memorial complex honoring the Victory in the Great Patriotic War – it is the place to celebrate a prom, a wedding or any remarkable event, while rollers and snowboarders come here to practice their stunts. Its major winter attraction is a retro skating rink and a mini-town around it bringing us back to the 19th century. Entertainment is to match – old-school merry-go-round, troika sleigh rides, a puppet theater and a wooden slide. But the best thing is their masquerade – every visitor can skate in vintage garments and have a photo taken in an old photo atelier.
