The final stop of the 10th line of Paris Métro, where tourists rarely make it, hosts the wonderful gardens of Albert Kahn, the famous French philanthropist and banker. Four ha of land are home to a unique collection of gardens of all styles and époques. Your walk will start in the fairest of them all - the Japanese one (in April, May, June and September they even arrange traditional tea ceremonies on Tuesdays and Sundays). After the walk you’ll be curious about the garden’s creator so go to Albert-Kahn museum for movies and pictures from around the world expeditions that he funded. A great place for those interested in the history of photography and anthropology.
