A secret bar in eastern Marais looks like a tiny Mexican tacoria but insiders know where they are going. Walk across the hall and find a white door hidden on a white wall – by night this awesome bar will be crowded like hell. The menu has eight fancy cocktails, but a bartender can mix you whatever you want. I love the one with herbal Chartreuse liqueur made by monks and another made according to the 1937 secret recipe of Hôtel de Crillon.
