Mikkel Borg Bjergso is a phantom brewer. He rents brewery equipment at microbreweries around the world and sells their products at his bar. Mikkeller is one of the most famous craft beer brands, with the vastest collection of experimental sorts. One of them is dark beer brewed with copi-luwak – coffee that was digested by musangs. There is also a shop at the bar.
