Diverse in every way, this spot could have easily been called Epaço Eclectica. With a party line-up arranged by different independent event producers every day of the week- there is something for everyone here. From their Phunk! parties to burlesque night, and even glow in the dark parties- where the whole building is completely black and everyone is given glow in the dark paint and accessories, Epaço Acústica is not afraid to mix it up. Sometimes the whole place is taken over by only one DJ, but it’s rare. It would be wise to check their website before you go to find out what party is going on before you go. The venue itself is just as eclectic, a three floor set-up, including a rooftop with a downtown view where the city’s skyline twinkles in the background. On the second floor there is a cafe that often hosts album release parties. All the variety is good because Epaço Acústica is centrally located but isolated from any other clubs for after party options.
